SENIOR CLOTHING

The normal dress code for formal or casual portraits don't always apply for "senior" photography.  At Chris Walter Photography, we want your senior pictures to reflect who you are at this time in your life.  If you are into sports, then you may want some images taken in your team jersey or your may just want your jersey or letter jacket in the background of the picture.

When choosing clothing for your portraits, it would be best to visit the studio and see what sets and backgrounds you like and choose your clothes to match these sets.  Solid colored clothing is ALWAYS best.  Plaids, stripes and bold patterns are not good for portraits.  Some great looks include leather jackets, prom dresses, letter jackets, jeans, jerseys, sunglasses and hats, hats, hats!  Hats are great and give you a different look.   Winter clothing like sweaters, hats and scarves look great in pictures too.  Girls, bring a pair of shorts (short ones) with you to go under your cap and gown.  We're going to do something fun and you'll feel much better if you have shorts on underneath.  Guys, if you will be having cap and gown pictures taken, please bring a white button up shirt with a collar (not a polo style shirt!).  A tie looks best on the men, but it isn't required.  We do have a solid black and solid red pre-tied tie for your use.

If you are unsure of the clothing, please ask, we'll be glad to help you with your choices.
