Studio Policies

When a portrait session is scheduled, the session fees are due at that time.  A 24 hour notice is required if a session needs to be cancelled or rescheduled.  Failure to give proper notification of a cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all session fees paid. 

Timely arrival is very important.  Try to arrive 10-15 minutes before your scheduled session time.  Because we may have other sessions scheduled just after yours, late arrivals will result in your session being shorter than planned.

All of our prints are protected under federal copyright laws.  Because of this, ALL of our prints include the studio logo and/or website.  Duplication of our images in any form without written permission is a federal offense and will result in up to $10,000 in fines and imprisonment.  Please do not copy or scan our work.
